Measurement and marking

The line is used to measure the length, width and thickness of a wooden board. The boards are fed from a magazine. Before measurement they are cleaned and dedusted, which affects the accuracy of measurement. Additionally, the line is equipped with an inkjet printer that prints information about the type of board discrepancy. The non-conforming board is removed from the line with a pneumatic bumper. Compliant boards go to a buffer in the form of a rotary pickup.
