Working height – defines the level at which the pallet is fed into the next stage of the process. In most cases, this corresponds to the height of the receiving conveyor. This allows us to match the device to the existing conveying system.

Where is AP-LINER used?

Box palletizing

The main task of the line is to palletize cartons and transport the wrapped pallet to the operator pick-up point.

Cartons on the conveyor system are labeled and grouped into batches. The robot then picks them up and places them onto a pallet. Pallets are supplied to the conveyors from pallet magazine with a capacity of 12 pallets.

Once stacked, the entire pallet is wrapped with film by a wrapping machine. The finished pallet moves to the end of the line and waits for operator pick-up.

Film roll packaging line

The film roll packaging line is designed to automate the palletizing process and prepare the product for shipment. The system includes conveyors for transporting the rolls, an industrial robot for palletizing, and end-of-line equipment for packaging and labeling.

Film rolls are transported by conveyors to the palletizing area, where an industrial robot places them onto pallets according to a programmed pattern. Empty pallets are automatically supplied from the pallet magazine, ensuring continuous operation and eliminating the need for manual replacement.

After palletizing is complete, the pallet moves to a wrapping machine, where the load is secured with stretch film. A labeling system then applies an identification label containing production and logistics data.

The implemented solutions improve efficiency, process consistency, and the safety of transporting finished pallets.

Automatic palletizing station

The automatic palletizing station is designed to increase efficiency and ensure continuity of the packaging process. The system includes an integrated line for conveying, inspection, and palletizing, with an industrial robot moving along a linear track.

The process begins with loading a production order, based on which the system automatically selects packaging parameters and controls carton placement. The cartons are weighed and verified, and any non-compliant items are diverted to a reject area.

The robot serves three independent palletizing positions, enabling parallel operation without downtime. Empty pallets are automatically supplied from the pallet magazine and directed to the selected station. Cartons are placed according to a defined pattern, with automatic layer interleaving.

Finished pallets are strapped, labeled, and transferred for further distribution. The system reduces errors and increases production flexibility.
