Project description
The main task of the line is to palletize cartons and move the pallet secured with foil to the place where it is collected by the operator
Cartons on the conveyor assembly are labelled and bundled. The robot then takes the cartons and places them on a pallet. The pallets for the conveyors are delivered from a pallet dispenser (pallet magazine with 12 pallets).
Once stacked, the entire pallet is secured with film by the wrapper. The finished pallet travels to the end of the line and waits to be picked up by the operator.
