Palletizing and packaging of modular sheet metal

The line starts at the product receiving point from the forming machines and ends at the exit point of the finished pallet.

The product is received from the forming machines using belt conveyors.

Next to the conveyors, there is an option for visual inspection of products by an operator.

Parallel to this, an automatic pallet storage system supplies empty pallets to the robotic palletizing stations. The pallets are transported to the stations using a transport system consisting of chain conveyors, chain-roller intersections, and roller conveyors.

At the stations, the product is palletized, picked from the belt conveyors, and separators are taken from the magazines and placed on the roller conveyors.

Separators are loaded into the magazines by operators located on the platform.

Each line has three magazines for three types of separators. The magazine for separators can hold either 8 or 14 separators. The stacked pallets are transported to a capping/wrapping machine and then to the output conveyor. There is also the option to send the load from an emergency entry to the capping/wrapping machine.
