Palletizing station for flap boxes

The flap box palletizing station is an automated solution for stacking cardboard boxes. The system is designed for companies that want to increase palletizing efficiency, optimize logistics processes and ensure the highest safety standards. The machine uses a collaborative robot equipped with a vacuum gripper, which works together with a roller conveyor, divider storage and a security system based on laser scanners.
The palletizing process begins with the operator delivering an empty pallet to the station. The flap boxes are then transported by conveyor to the robot, which picks them up and places them on the pallet according to a programmed scheme. Depending on the configuration, the robot can place cardboard dividers between the layers of boxes. When the process is complete, the finished pallet is signaled for pickup, and the operator can transport it by pallet truck for further logistics.
