Integration #teamautoproces

Friday, beautiful weather and us, ready for some integration action! This time #teamautoprocess got together to join forces (or split them in paintball) and see who can really keep cool under fire. Okay, maybe it was paint firing, but the excitement was real!

Strategic approach is in our blood!

Our meeting began with a short greeting, but after just a moment each of us was in full paintball gear, ready for action. And then it began! Balls flew in all directions, and we fought on the battlefield. Someone proved to be a master of stealth, someone else won on cunning, and the most important thing was that paintball is a great way to discharge energy and… integrate through competition!

Rope park, tyrolean and kayaks – challenges for everyone

When the excitement of paintball subsided, we had plenty of other activities to choose from: a rope park for those who want to test their courage at heights, a tyrolean for adrenaline fans, and kayaks or pedal boats for those who preferred a slightly calmer relaxation. There was something for everyone, and overcoming fears and having fun together in the fresh air was a recipe for perfect integration!

Of course, there could not be a break for a hot meal – after all, so many attractions require energy! After lunch it was time for the team competition, the purpose of which was not only to win prizes, but also teambuilding!

BBQ, music and talks

At the end – a barbecue! With the sounds of music and good food, it was time for total relaxation. This was the moment when we could chat in peace, share impressions and just enjoy the time spent together. It’s nice sometimes to look at the team from a different perspective, beyond the desk or production hall.

What can we say – the integration was successful! Paintball, tyrolean, water bikes, competitions and a barbecue – everything you need to reset your head and recharge your batteries for the next daily challenges.
